Deadbolt broken off door, sink coming off wall in bathroom, shower controls loose, poor mattresses, stains on towels, smelled bad, overall very dingy, barely literate staff at front desk, lazy and unhelpful. From my experience, the few five star ratings on this site had to have been written by the hotel owner. This place is a dump.
When we checked in it was not a plesant feeling.when we got to the room and open the door, SOME ONE WAS OCCUPYING THE SAME ROOM.

I had an early flight to a conference that started at 2pm. I notified staff if I can check in early, and was told that they can accommodate me when a room is available, which he thought, was probable by my early check in time. the location,the rate was really good,really good customer service. the room is really good size u have a desk so you can do any type of work good lighting good restaurant good food and freandly people.
Rooms smelled damp and smoky. Fixtures and decor outdated. THis hotel is stuck in the seventies and smells like it hasn't been cleaned properly since then either.
in an area just waiting for urban renewal (not a really nice part of town) sits a cramped motel with little parking, for starters. the property is old, looks old and the rooms look older; the most decrepit hotel room i've stayed in. decor? nada. we did have really hot water in the shower and the pillows were comfy although the beds were ...
