I was in Phoenix for a Convention at the Phoenix Convention Center. This hotel was close to the event, plus, the room was clean, spacious & comfortable. Best of all the price was reasonable. Loved the place. Staff is very courteous always having a welcoming smile, even the little fish. This is the 3rd time I've stayed there and never have been disappointed. Motel is located right in the middle of downtown. Can't beat the price!!!!

The Budget Lodge is located near the motels used by area entrepreneurs to conduct business activities which typically require hourly room rentals.
