I wouldn't call it luxury or grand instead pompous and old. That applies to the staff and the facilities.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect : friendly staff, delicious breakfast, very nice rooms with first quality Empire furniture, luxury lounges perfectly restored without destroying the ancient charme and beauty, very quiet location, breathtaking panoramic view.
