When i received the reservation of the hotel and i look at the reviews i was so disappointed.

I reached the hotel, i found it GREAT. The room is quit large, the free internet download speed more than 200 KBps. The TV is LCD with very nice channels. The bath is coool.

Abt the location, it is in the center of Dublin.

My recommandation, Go ahead and enjoy it!

Overall very nice experience although at times I felt that the staff seemed taxed and the property was at times under staffed for the level of business. I stayed at the hotle in feb. 2005 and was there for five nights.

My room stank from cigarette smoke and my room couldn't be changed because they were overbooked. The tv set was broken. The voice mail system was broken.
I woke up at 1 AM with brown bugs crawling around in my bed and I ended up spending the night in the lobby because I couldn't breath and was disgusted by the bugs.

Truly enjoyed the staff. Our room was very spacious. Used the gym everyday. Great location for being picked up for tours. Would definitely go back to the same hotel again.

This is not a 4 star hotel... they have only renovated part of the hotel. We were initially put in the old wing and that room barely rated 2 stars... the hangers in the closet could not be removed to hang your clothes, the shower curtain only closed about halfway around... no better than a Motel 6.
