The hotel is clean, luxurious and helpful staff. The hotel reception guided us the way to places we want to go. Our room has a very good view, breakfast is good, private bathroom. Recommend hotel to stay during summer. Got the double room best price from tramazing.com

Location: far from downtown but the complimentry shuttle is very welcome and nice. The Metro station is a long walk too. Surrounding neighbourhood is not very nice either

Disliked:nothing. Some reviewers said about the location but it's not so far from the center of the city and there is a shuttle bus too

Just as stated in the hotel website, the wifi connection worked right away and was very fast. We were lucky to have a view of the Acropolis. The room is large and clean, however it is not up to date with modern times when it comes to furniture and television. But you don't go to Greece to watch TV though :)

The people treated you like you were a king! The rooms were beautiful and was the nicest place in Athens, Greece I have ever been to.

My only regret is that the Intercon is booked solid for my next visit to Athens this Sept.

I have stayed at the Intercontinental 3 times since Nov. '04 and the staff are so helpful and make my feel so relaxed and comfortable I feel like it is my second home.
