Nice place in a convenient part of town

This hotel is designed to be a business hotel, however it works well for vacation travelers as well. The room was clean, with all the needed amenities. TV with limited internet access on the TV, alarm, heating and A/C control, floor safe, electric tea kettle, and multiple lights. Novotel is No Hotel

This hotel chain did not impress us.

Slim mattresses which sunk in the middle, old tea bags, and a shower set-up that was virtually impossible to figure out made this a pretty miserable place to stay for one night.

Thankfully it WAS only one night.

I would recommend this hotel. This hotel was a pleasant surprise.

Rooms are a decent size, simply furnished, but clean and comfortable. The public areas of this hotel are very nice, including the restaurants and lounges. The full English breakfast is wonderful. The shop is great if you need to pick up a snack, magazines or toiletries.

It's a place to sleep.

This was the first hotel that I stayed at in London. I didn't choose it, it was chosen for me. Everything was just average. It's not small or quaint. It's more suited for conventions. It's located in an ok part of town. The staff were courteous and I never had any complaints about the room except for the mattress. It felt like foam. Rooms are average-sized.

It's not a bad place to stay, so I would recommend it.
