We tend to eat a lot of salmon in CA and are probably what you would call salmon snobs. We had the Cilantro Salmon and the Basil Salmon with couscous. Both dishes were excellent! The salmon was perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, and wonderful. Service was excellent. If you are in or near Williams the Red Raven is a must.OVERALL
