Nobody speaks English, although they claim that they have a multi-lingual staff, no elevators, no toiletries besides a little tiny soap that should last you for your hotel stay, no iron board, no iron, no blow dryer and above all no air conditioning in the rooms!!!!!!!

I will not go back to this hotel, I suffered. I could not sleep during the night because there was no air cond and it was very very hot.
