What i did like about this hotel was how much i paid for it !!

This Hotel was very old not well taken care of. The Staff was horrible. The food was horrible!!! Please do not stay here .. you will never want to visit The Dominican Republic again....and this place is nothing compared to Riu Bachata which is where we ended up staying for the rest of our vacation.. Because the service was so bad @ Grand Paradise Playa Dorada!!!!!

First time to the resort, 2nd time to Puerto Plata. AMAZING TIME HERE, CRAZY PARTYS ALL NIGHT LONG RECOMEND TO ANY OF AGES 18-25!!!!!!! beach location and sea fantastic.The accomidation is very poor now compared to 4 years ago when we got married there,the whole place needs a complete rebuild.The entertainment is very very poor.We would not reccomend this hotel to friends now.The staff are friendly.

My friends and I had a really good time! First time in Dominican, go to Coco Bango only 5 min walk, exciting people, good food but it gets old after couple of days.Keep money on you, there were few people missing money, up to $1000.00 dollars. Overall have nothing bad to say, Hello to firefighters and Jim!!! You will love it, it is not a 5 star hotel. The point is going on vacation is to relax and have fun, not to sit in your hotel room.
