STAY AWAY!Spent one week at Casa De Campo- I don't even know where to begin to describe this surreal experience. The bottom line is that nothing works the way it should at this overpriced US$ vacuum cleaner. One star for the staff who really try hard to make things work. Awesome ResortA hotel/resort that can be compared to any 5 star resort in the United States. The surroundings are impeccable, the rooms very clean, neat and a staff that is trained to cater to your every need.

Bad ServiceThe service was terrible and the front desk personnel were rude. When we arrived at 5:00 pm we were told that our rooms were not available. Our group had dinner plans at 6:00, we explained that we needed to get freshened up and they just ignored us. Can't wait to go backI loved Casa Decampo. I was there for a week and the service was the best I have ever had. The white sand and clear water from the caribbean sea is great. The water is actually warm compared to the Pacific Ocean and Atlantic Ocean. The weather was great the whole time. There are a lot of good restaurants and nightly entertainment. I'm in love with that place, we have to go back soonThis place was off the hook.. I loved it..This is the best place to vacation. The spa is magnificent.. And I loved the salon. I also love relaxing at the beach, and Oh my God the service is great. A must place to vacation at.Stayed at Casa for a week. After a small confusion over the room at check in the rest of the time was outstanding. The all inclusive plan is great. Played golf, went to the beach, pool, shot skeet, sailed, kayaked, superb food. Always felt secure and the staff was extremely friendly. go therewonderful for everyone!!!!Kids n casa is a charm for all ages.(kids only)the service is outstanding, villas are a treat. a lovely pool with a rock waterfall and a bar built in with stools makes it a calm and cool place to relax. Tennis and golf are a must for the pros. Altos de Chavon is a wonderful mix of new and old theme.
