There is nothing to dislike and everything to love. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, great pool and best of all a fantastic beach with water so calm that it almost seems like a giant pool. Just got back on Monday after four fantastic days of sun, sea and beautiful views. Bermuda has to be the prettiest place in the world. I have visited Bermuda six times and cannot wait for the seventh, eighth, etc. etc.

The hotel had terrible service in every area. No room service, broken ice machines, rude staff, completely incompetent people. Further they massively over charge me and instead of being nice and apologizing they were rude and defensive. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Was one of the more unpleasant hotel experiences I have had. Way over priced, no value!

the pool is never cleaned, the frozen food is heated up. not much activities, the beach is very small, the cave is just that a cave with water in it.. I do not recommend this resort at all. please do not travel through expedia since they do not support this hotel as an all inclusive hotel
