Graycliff exceeded our expectations! We wanted to escape our daily grind in the sun and we absolutely got it. Attentive service, fabulous rooms and divine food. The hotel was full and yet, we never felt crowded. An absolute find and we'll go back again!

Expected better. I really liked the relaxed way they approached dinner. (ie first drinks in the parlor). The food was just not that good and expensive for the quality. The wine list was insane with bottles costing 3x what I paid for simalar vintage in NYC.

Overall - this place could be a winner, but they are after your $$ than your dining pleasure......and it showed.

I have nothing bad to say. The food and service is tremendous. In addition, the wine tour in the cellars below is unique. Well worth the time spent.

The restaurant is probably the best on the island and their new Brazilian Steak House is the best I have had anywhere. Staying at Graycliff is for people who want to be left alone and be away from crowds of the larger hotels on the island, which is what we love about Graycliff.

We stayed at Graycliff Hotel, and again we loved it! The staff is outstanding, and dining is absolutely divine. I'd receommend it for anyone looking for that vacation away from it all.
