I like it whenever I left the hotel and went sightseeing. It was a bad experience. No I would not recommend to my worst enemy. No the stay should have been free since they rooms were not clean,pool and restaurants
were also closed.Furthermore,the hot tub was close and I had to pay for cab rides to outside restaurants that serve food that were not eatable..

Our experience at the Queen Elizabeth was nothing short of perfect. Staff was extremely helpful, the rooms were both quiet and clean, and concierge staff was great at assisting us with tour and theatre arrangements. Look forward to staying here again.

I stay at this hotel every November for a school trip. This hotel makes you forget you are in Montreal in November; its warmth, sophistication, and style makes the Fairmont experience wonderful. Montreal's underground city begins right under the hotel. The hotel is all Five Star and service is fantastic.

This hotel has a "convention floor" between the room floors and the entrance lobby. This worked very well for our group, numbering about 300. The food service was imaginative and very efficient.
The rooms was spacious and comfortable, the shower worked well, the internet connection cost 15.95$ for 24 hours.
Parking was 24$ daily, a bit steep.

The hotel itself enyoys a good reputation but an amateur management seems to be just cashing in on. There are plenty of other good hotels downtown Montreal.
