If you are looking for hospitality, then this is not the hotel for you. This was by far, the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Dirty rooms, rude personnel, housekeeping ignores do not disturb, terrible televisions, old and decrepit rooms. Do not stay here, and stay away from all Best Western Locations. I caution anyone and everyone to steer clear of this hotel. The concierge was extremely rude, and apparently had never heard of CUSTOMER service. Rooms were old and boring--TV had terrible reception, not the cleanest room. Housekeeping ignores "Do not disturb" sign/moves personal belongings (never found camcorder again--coincidence?). I would never stay here ever again. Completely ruined our vacation.

Great location accompanied with a super service.
Huge and very clean rooms ,modern furniture,super restaurant.
I stongly recommend it as a business man to every traveller who seeks great value for every $ spent.

We only stayed on night and the room was nice and clean and everything but my $150 sunglasses were mysteriously missing when I picked up my car from valet parking. Learn from my mistake secure your valuables!

Our room was large, bright, clean and very comfortable with the most fantastic beds (the best nights sleep I've had in a while). Our room was also very quiet - surprising given the downtown location. Great front office staff. I would definitely recomend this hotel to everyone.

The location of this hotel was great but the front desk/management were extremely rude and condescending. The restaurants in the hotel never seemed to be open. Well, the location of the hotel is actually quite good. But the hotel didn't worth to be in such a good location. We stayed there for 4 nights and it was just like a nightmare to us. The hotel was right in the middle of everything. You could walk to St. Catherine St. or anywhere in just a couple minutes. The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and affordable. We would love to stay there again on our next visit to Montreal.
