This is a decent hotel/apartment. It’s in a nice downtown location. The fixtures and furniture were a little bit dated but the place was well kept and clean. Our room had a separate bedroom and kitchen. I would recommend it to someone in Montreal for an extended stay or with kids.

Just returned from Montreal where we stayed five nights at La Tour Centre-Ville. There was no one to help us with baggage upon arrival. Our suite was roomy but rundown and not very clean. I liked the fact that this was the cheapest place we could find that didn't involve sleeping under a bridge. Outside of the room having only 1 bed in it for 4 people, everything else was fine. It had a great view from the 11th floor, and the security guards at the door didn't give us a big hassle when we came waltzing drunk through the door at 4AM.

The downtown location and the price were the primary draws. This hotel is about two blocks away from the underground city. In about fifteen minutes, you can be in Vieux Montreal.
