I won't stay there again..............

They charged me 2 nights after I left . Old place .it was expensive comparing to the other hotels .the people were nice though ,for sure If I go toronto again it will not be my choice at all .

Okay but there is better

If you have kids and you want to take them to a small indoor pool this is a good place. If you are a couple well, you may have kids everywhere and would not expect it.

The hotel is replacing carpeting in the rooms. The carpets have stains and they said it cannot be cleaned out. It is an issue with the material. Ask for a room with new carpeting. ...

Great Lobby, Great Outlook.

But not managed properly, Poor Service, Poor quality of Food.Rooms are average standard. Overall Wastage of money and my plan. Bad experience.

The hotel is average because the rooms need updating. Meeting rooms are also small, claustrophobic almost and dark and the ballrooms are dark. However, there is a very good rooftop Japanese Restaurant, Sagano's. The restaurant's food and decor are excellent.

Has a great indoor pool with slide for the kids and a smaller pool for younger children. Clean rooms, good location. Room was clean, hotel is very upscale and accomodating for families.

The pool at this hotel was a big attraction for our kids. It is large with a huge waterslide for older children and a whimsical frog slide for toddlers. A discount is offered to hotel guests for the buffet dinners and breakfasts served in the main floor dining room. Price was right and the food was good. Our suite was spacious and clean. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.
