Never Again ( 1st Review ever)

Check in went well but quickly went downhill from there. We had reserved an upgraded one bedroom unit ($25 extra) with a hideaway and a cot($10 extra)as we had two 16 year old boys with us for a hockey game. Arrived at 8:30pm and went to our room. Worst hotel I've ever been in!!

The staff was unhelpful. The room was dirty - hairs on the toilet, toothpaste caked in the sink and on the taps, splash marks all up the mirror. Didn't dare to take a bath. We were stuck with a kitchenette - not by our own choice, which stunk and had old rags etc. on the counters. The heat didn't work properly - it was so damn hot we ...

The hotel itself was nice and clean. Both mornings that we were in the hotel the house cleaning staff walked in without knocking to clean the room ( 9 am each day). The front desk would only give free breakfast to the Dennys restaurant in the hotel and this was a limited breakfast choice. They stated that we had paid and they could do nothing more for us. Kelowna is a great place to visit but I will find alternate accomidations in the future.
