We found the room, food and service to be outstanding. It's also in a great location, seemed to be close enough to everything. However, the airport is a decent distance away not only from this hotel but the general downtown area of Calgary.

Being a road warrior, I have to say this is best place I have stayed so far. The westin chain is awesome..clean, quiet, their restaurants are packed with good food. Most of all the rooms are all outfitted with comfortable "heavenly" beds...you will enjoy a good night's rest.

As soon as you arrive you are treated as a welcomed guest. Staff offer sincere smiles, along with casual conversation, and provide helpful information on current events and places of interest in the city. The dining room staff are especially pleasant and the service is excellent. The chefs were able to adapt the menu to my dietary needs.

Stayed there for 4 nights and was offered the best service from front desk to housekeeping. On our anniversary night they delivered a complimentary romance package (wine, fruit & cheese) to our room and left a nice notecard to congratulate us. How awesome!
