People upstairs paced around from 8 p.m to 5:30 a.m. We called front office @ 12:30 p.m. & staff phoned up to ask them to be quiet - which they weren't. How many square inches can one visit in a hotel room? Staff on duty & later, by phone, manager offered no solution or discount except the same phone number to speak to, presumably, the manager's superior. Sheesh.
