First of all, I believe this hotel was way over priced. There was not even a refrigerator or microwave in the room. The coffee maker did not work, the staff was rude, and we had trouble getting into the southwest door in the evening. The staff was friendly and accomodating! Wanted a room with a frig, asked and no problemo, had one. Clean, very comfortable rooms and beds. The pillows were more for relaxing than sleeping, but still great. Bath and Body Works products which were a nice touch.
