I'm not much of a traveller, but when I stumbled upon this hotel and read some reviews, I have a hard time beliving they're true. This hotel was clean friendly, and knowledgeable. The motel was very nice and the room was also very nice but one night the room above us was using the whirlpool between 1:45 AM and 3:30 AM and
the noise was so great that nobody could ever sleep. The next day the
staff told us that the guests paid for the use of the whirlpool and they

Was unable to recieve incoming phone calls from family and friends. This is usually not a problem...but when cell went dead...we were out of luck! Other than the phone problem hotel was clean and nice!

What wasn't great? The hotel is nice, and clean. The lobby is right in front of the door, so the staff greets you right away! The staff, my oh my, wonderful! Hands down, no question some of the best I've seen. The hotels run so smoothly, and that made my stay run smoothly too. Great housekeeping! Just feel in love!

It was clean enough.
Desk staff were rude and joked about us.
Were told we would have a fridge and micro when we booked. Were told by the desk,not for that room. Had to argue to get the room we requested. Was a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor but with smoking rooms right across hall? Smelled smoke all night. Were told no other rooms available. When we called desk, laughter and hung up on us.
Would never recomend this hotel to anyone.
