We were at the hotel over the Christmas holiday. When reservations were made, as well as when we checked in, we made it clear to the motel staff that we had 2 dogs. It's not the Hilton. But it was cheaper than all the others in Stevens Point. It was clean, but dated. The mattress was worn and to soft and only one foamy pillow. The continetal breakfast was weak coffee and a box of cereal set out.
Our check in time was 12 noon but the rooms weren't ready till 1pm and most paying visitors had to stand outside and wait.

I would thoroughly recommend the Point Motel. We have stayed there about 6 times now. From the helpful friendly staff to the clean rooms, and wonderful food from a great choice of restaurants near by. The Point Motel is a wonderful place to stay.
