Great Service

I was there for a conference, and stayed the night. The place was clean and had a great staff. They had two restaurants on site, and the food was great. I had my family along so we went swimming and the pool was all nice and warm. Would love to come back!

There is a helpful and polite staff. Great food on site and the pool is great. The convention center is large and well decorated and the rooms were spotless.

No complaints, the food, room, entertainment and staff were top notch. And the prices were unbelieveable! I especially liked that they had a restaurant and bar right on location, so it made planning my meals and luxury time very easy. Excellent coffee too.

The room was uncomfortable. Problems with maintaining heat, toilet would not stop running, the bed was uncomfortable.

Contrary to the descriptions, pictures, and maps: There was no fitness center or whirlpool.

The pool room was in need of repair: painting, water was extremely cold, the pool room was cold.

Although this hotel has a wonderful breakfast offer (restaurant - free breakfast), a comfortable room, and good rates, there are a couple of things to be wary of. If you register with their internet site, you may get charged one night. Then, when you arrive they may have to call your credit card company to verify that. In our case, they did that ...
