When I got to my room I tried the "wake-up" button on the phone and it didnt work. I called the front desk and left a wake up call for 6:45 and 7:00 AM. I never got the wake up call!!! This hotel was nice, clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was great with lots of choices, convenient to the Civic Center and the Mall and the staff members were friendly and helpful.

this was a very convenient location for me. i liked the hot breakfast. i liked the fresh apples daily at the front desk. they were friendly and tried to be helpful. BUT.....my room smelled more than faintly of urine. the sheer curtains, parts of which were a cream color...were mostly a deep dirty gray!
