The Chicago Westin was wonderful July 1 - 3, 2007. Seattle Westin was awful July 28 - Aug 1, 2007. I decided to stay at the Westin Seattle because of the great experience in Chicago a couple of weeks ago. The room 1641 was not cleaned and very small, asked on check in for a view room and put on the 16th floor. The hotel went to 40+ stories...., ...

Wonderful experience at the Westin
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/05/07
I love the view from the room. I stayed in a city view room in November. What a wonderful experience it was looking towards the city skyline and busy streets of seattle. The room was really comfortable. The desk chair is awesome and the bed was nice. I loved the pool and hottub. It was very nice. There are lots of nice resteraunts within ...

Not worth the MONEY
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/31/06
Unfortunately, I like to read the reviews about hotels before staying there and thought a handful of bad ones don't discount the dozens of good ones. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE with the Westin Seattle. Completely overpriced for a hotel who charges to use the internet, doesn't sufficiently clean rooms, places one packet of sugar and ONE creamer ...
Great beds, baths and views. My favorite place to stay in Seattle.
Lots of interesting things to see and do nearby. Rooms are oddly shaped (hip) and the location is great.

Bad Valet!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/16/06
Everyone was completely courteous, however, upon returning home (not more than a couple miles away from the hotel), we found that our valet parked car had a big scrape on the bumper and slight body damage. No paint transferance, so we can only guess the valet scraped the car against a wall or a pole. No one at the valet said a thing to us about ...
My wife and I stayed at the Westin Seattle the first and last days of honeymoon, bookending a trip to Vancouver. Got a great deal on Priceline and couldn't be happier. Service was amazing, hotel in beautiful shape. Our first night we recieved complimentary champage after mentioning our honeymoon at check-in. The second stay were placed in a ...

Attractive Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/29/06
When we arrived we were not put in a King suite with double sofa instead placed in a two double bed room. Not what I had reserved, however travelocity cleared up the problem for us. Even though the front desk said they had no Kings suits available.

IT IS VERY FANCY,THE PRESIDENT STAYS THERE WHEN HE'S IN TOWN.THE STAFF IS COURTEOUSAND FRIENDL;Y.THE LOCATION IS BERFECT.CLOSE TO SHOPPING.THE PRICE IS A LITTLE TOO HIGH.COULD BE 25% LESS
Service, hospitality, location and just about anything you could want or need in a classy hotel. I love it here, great place to get a good drink too, check out Trader Vics, bars as they should be. Rum Giggler I had there once was....wow, reccommend you share it with a friend. Don't drink and drive though, just check into the hotel and your comforts are all available in this fine hotel. Personnable staff and an enjoyable carefree stay.
