VERY poor customer serviceI have a friend staying at this motel. I called and asked for his room number and was told "We don't have a switchboard." and the was hung up on 3 times. No switchboard? Ok, how about a number where I can reach him?
The room is a dive, and it smells dirty and old.OVERALL

Royal Motor Inn of EverettI've tried to call the front multiple times to no avail. Apparently, no one works there. I've also heard from someone who stayed there that it's a dive, but that is secondhand information.
