We have stayed here before and the staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast has a nice variety of foods. The pool is nice but could be a little warmer.

We spent 7 days last summer and had a great time. The breakfast was great. The public tranportation was there if we needed it. We are coming back to Seattle this summer, and will stay here again.

Best Western Federal Way rooms were clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife locked herself out of the room and the maid helped her in after checking that it was her room, smart. Free breakfast was a nice touch. They also provided a courtesy ride to the airport at 6:00 am. Will stay again.

When I arrived at Seatac airport, I contacted the hotel for the free shuttle service. Though the hotel itself is only a few minutes from the airport, it took over 20 minutes before they arrived...other hotel shuttles whizzed by several times before the Executel shuttle arrived.

really put the BEST in best western executel

conveniently located near MANY retailers. didn't have to taxi anywhere b/c everything was within walking distance. nice surprise. room was clean and really comfortable. service was outstanding--entire staff was friendly, pleasant, professional, definitely exceeded my expectations. good dining as well. couldn't have asked for better overall quality or value.
