Great Hotel if you are in Bellevue or Seattle on business or pleasure! The rooms are beautiful and spotless! The staff and their service is outstanding!
Restaurant and the Lounge are wonderful! Great food at a great price. Nice happy hour! Close to everything ! Walking distance to shops and restaurants! They also have a free area shuttle! Don't stay anywhere else!

In terms of quality, but the best in terms of service. The front desk staff is friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. *wood service is in general spectacular, but I have yet to meet a property that has surpassed my expectations as this one has.

This was the Keystone Kops of hotel staffs. They screwed up from the minute I walked in the hotel. Our reservation was wrong (one bed, two guys, thanks a lot). The place has two elevators for 8 floors of guests. The "remodel" was apparently never finished. The maid left a bunch of cleaning stuff in our room and then after my company ...

Unless you want to experience road rage from the Sheraton Bellevue shuttle service, try and avoid a driver named Squalli. He'll run people of the road like a regular jerk. I don't know where they found this one, but they should send him back.

Within 5 minutes, you can drive to downtown Seattle and all the key attractions the city has to offer. The concierge offered a free map of the downtown part of Seattle and directions to key attractions. The room was super clean with lots of pillows and comfortable linens, complimentary shampoo and coffee. The cost was so reasonable with AAA membership, especially for a weekend visit. I would stay here again in a minute.

Staff is very service ready. I have stayed at many of the upscale W and sheraton hotels and this one has always blown the others away.
