Avoid this hotel if you can

The Quality Inn in Salem did not meet our expectations. The staff was not very helpful. The water did not work for part of the day. The room keys did not work even after multiple attempts to to fix the problem. One of the members in our group had a water leak in the room that was not repaired for three days (at $81 per night). The name of this hotel belies its actual condition.
