Liked the coffe shop and sceanery along with feeding the ducks in the morning. Service good at times. Most time everything was fine. I disliked when making resvervation, they put us in a room that was for ione person only and could hardly move, but next morning they changed us to abetter room for two.

Disappointed

We have stayed at the Quality inn for 25 + years. The only complaint we had up until May was the landscaping. Our trip in May was probably our last one there. They had all new workers. What was wrong with the workers that were there for years????? It was just not the same atmosphere in the coffee house or at the front desk. The prices also had gone ...

The Lord Pageant has been our choice for the past 5 yrs. We love the coffee shop and rooms. I think the bad reviews have come from more up scaled anal people. The LP is a 5 star hotel.
The staff was rude and disrespectful and we would never return to this location. This hotel has recently became a Choice Hotel and this was not a good move for them. We were greeted by a rude arrogent desk clerk who messed up our reservations and then blamed us. We were give a dirty room and made reservations for a non smoking king and ended up with a smoking double. This place needs some serious help!! Beware of this dive of a hotel.

Very convenient. Breakfast was great. The grandchildren loved it! Service was good and rooms very nice. The ducks were a big hit! The staff was very friendly.

Great value

Lovely grounds and pool. Great for couples and families -- free breakfast. Staff was courteous and friendly. Spacious rooms. Nice bathroom. Walking distance (a healthy walk) to Colonial Williamsburg.
Williamsbug was wonderful as always, but sadly our stay at Lord Paget was Quite unpleasant. It used to be a wonderful motel, I've stayed there many times over the years. However this time we stayed in a different room in an older part of the motel. It was quite antiquated, but not in a good way. The room was very dirty with cobwebs hanging down ...

We have been staying here for about 3 years. Our son lives in Williamsburg, but does not have room for Mom & Dad. So the Lord Paget has worked out great for us. We use to live in Williamsburg, but when my hubby retired from CW we moved back to our hometown. We spent our first Christmas there this past year Dec.06 Have to say they made it very ...

My husband stayed at the Lord Paget before we married with his family and now we stay there with our family. We have been stopping there on our way to the Outer Banks and now we have a daughter at the College of William and Mary, so we have a clean, friendly, familiar place to stay when we visit her. Great location, great prices, always friendly staff. Love the coffee shop.
