I've been coming to this hotel with my parents since I was a little kid. Now, as an adult I still stay here when I visit Va. Beach. It feels like home, and that's what is important to me. The manager is great and you can tell he really cares about his customers. Even if the rates were cheaper at some other "new" hotel...I'd still stay here!

This is the third time we will be coming back to the hotel. It's a good deal. It has a good location on the water, free breakfast, and a nice view. It also has the best pool from any hotel I have been to. The parking is the only bad part because it is across the street. Overall I'd say it not a bad hotel for a reasonable price.

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

I have stayed in several inexpensive hotels in Virginia Beach, and Quality Inn is by far the best. The staff has always been super friendly, the pool is one of the only pools on the beach located beach-front. The room service is great, and the rooms are fantastic. The restaurant is a must try. I would stay there every year. I also loved the free ice cream down by the pool.

After looking at the pictures online this hotel looked like a good deal. Well upon arriving at the Quality Inn it was nothing like the pictures. We've been coming here for years and it's just a great place to stay in VA Beach!
From our experience, the staff has been friendly, professional, and always available.
We've never seen where there were loud or lewd parties. Mgmt. seems to have good control over late night activities. So it is good for families, too.
The location is great and we will continue to return there!

End up staying here every few months the last few years. Started to come here when it was a Hilton property many years ago. For Navy business, location is an easy commute to Dam Neck and Little Creek, and reasonable for Naval Base, as well. I went for just the weekend and was very pleased with the service and the room. The location of the room gave a good view of the ocean. I am pretty picky on rooms being clean and I was pleased. My husband said he would definately go back to that hotel when we go again.
