HELLO. I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW MY FAMILY HAD THE WORST STAY EVER AT THIS HOTEL. FOR ONE THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK THAT WORKED THAT EVENING ON JULY 4 WAS VERY RUDE AND HAS A NASTY ATTITIUDE. I didnt know if i was checking into a hotel or a public restroom. I know the hotel takes in pets, but piss all over the toilet seat. Totally unacceptable.

The Mold in the bathroom was over powerings. I got sick on my second day. The manager was so rude to me and even yelled at my kids for asking for an additional roll or toilet paper. Unreal!

While VAB is nice, this hotel is terrible. The owner made a pass at my daughter. I am going to report him to the police

Don't even bother with this place. Decor is horrible The room smelled awful, it was apparent they did not vacuum the room since there was dog hair on the floor! Bathroom is old and gross with painted cinder block walls!
The owners and people who work there are just plain rude. Avoid,stay somewhere else!!

I Stayed at the Flagship for the first time on the 4th of July Weekend and I must say after looking all around VB For a Room I was Lucky To find this Place as the People at the Front Desk Susan the Mgr and Her Staff was one of the best I have ever met in over 40 yrs of travaling and I have been around the World.
