Rooms are huge, clean, and well cared for. Any little problems we had were handled quickly and cheerfully. We've been twice and will gladly go again. Wonderfully peaceful being at the end of the boardwalk. Our family loved the spacios rooms, balcony and kitchen.

Stayed at Dolphin Run for a week and it was a decent place to stay except their were some real safety concerns with young children. The balcony rails are too far apart and a small child can easily fit their head thru it. We were only on the 3rd floor but i still wouldn't let my kids on the balcony. Also our stove had a bunch of exposed electrical wires hanging out of it. Wouldn't go back with kids but otherwise fine.

We traveled from Ohio to Virginia Beach, the traffic was horrible and it was very hot. We arrived and were greeted in the parking lot by the Manager and another staff member. We have stayed there for several years and this years was just as good as always. The staff were friendly. We asked for several items and were responded to right away. They are located in a great part of the beach, mostly quiet. The facilities and the condo's were very clean. Would recommed this to any family looking for a nice place to stay. It is head and shoulders over any hotel.

We had been renting there for many years and found that in the last year the customer service at the front desk was lacking. They are no longer addressing the individual needs that make for a memorible visit. We'll relocate.
