It was very beautiful. Had a wonderful conference room that we could use as a practice room. The room service was nice. Work out room was beautifully equipped. Definitely a must stay!

loved the service and the privacy. we had an fun time there in dallas, because of the hotel, we had care packages and room service was the best. they were very helpful with directions, also.

this place was the best nice area for a hotel and great food and also the sevice fantastic. Also, the pool was to die for just overall 9.9999 out of 10

I like it becasue the pool is nice The bed are also nice to like the rooms. The ladies that clean up the room are nice and they help you out if you need anything.

Nice rooms and costumer service. awesome view of Down Town Dallas.. Great for a nice romantic evening.... will go back.. The pool in the roof is great just imagine swimming in the top of the roof.. viewing Down Town.. Big rooms and clean .. Overall Great Place to stay and relax..

I stayed there for my honeymoon and enjoyed the service only thing was when we left I left behind very beutiful champagne glasses that I received as a gift whom ever cleaned the room took my glasses and said they never seen them hows that for service. Another thing it took forever for hotel management to call me back

The Renaissance Hotel in Dallas was very welcoming and warm. Being from the area, we were looking for a night out on the town winding up in an upscale hotel. It is close to trendy restaurants and activities. The service was friendly and helpful. The room itself was oversized and luxurious. The view of downtown Dallas was incredible at night. ...

We had a great time at this hotel the service was great! The food was great, and the pool was fantastic, the location could have been a little better but it was still a great stay
