It is a beautiful hotel, the staff is very friendly. The vallet was so fast, we never had to wait. The rooms were clean and very comfy. We booked the morning breakfast with our room, it was great! Omletes made as you watched! Great value for the service you got. We will be back!

It was immaculate everything from the services to the food...definetly spending my next meeting night there. The room was spacious.... the room service was oh la la...the view of Dallas at night was absolutely marvelous. It wasn't that far from the entertainment. GReat!

The hotel is in a convenient location with awesome views from the rooftop deck. The actual hotel rooms need to be updated. The linens and curtains are not up to date. The workout facilities are also very old and should be remodeled. However, the room service food quality is some of the best I have ever had.

Location. Architecture. The service was great. The rooms were clean. The people were nice. Everything was great.

The hotel is closed to downtown. The views are great. The access to 35 is a plus.

My club has a yearly meeting at this location. The service is always excellent. The building is always clean. The location is easy to find it's right off the highway. I have always wanted my bridal picture taken there because of the stairwell and lighting.

If you are looking for a great deal, you have just found it at the Renaissance Hotel in Dallas. I have been alover the country and stayed in a lot of Hotels but I have never been more impressed than I stay here.

A perfect place for a weekend get away without costing you an arm and a leg. The entry way gave you a feeling of a top knotch hotel with smiling greeters. It has comfortable beds placed in a beautiful room with a wonderful view of downtown dallas. Easy access to HWY 35 which can take you to great resturants and Dallas Nightlife. We liked all the food and free room service from the hotel because I'm on the Seattle Supersonics. We go to the Renaissance everytime we play the Mavericks. The only thing I hate is that their beds are too small for a NBA-sized player. Other than that, the hotel was excellent!
