I did not like the service. Great front desk staff, but horrible room service staff.We did not know this was a pets accepted hotel. There was a girl with a black chihuahua and a woman with an Australian shepherd off leash. The Aussie tried to get into the elevator with me. This makes the third time my husband and I have stayed at this Best Western and it will not be the last. The rooms are very clean the beds are comfy, the service is excellent. I had read other reviews after I had booked our rooms there and I must admit I was a little worried. They are currently remodeling but it never bothered us. What a great view!! Clean, and the most helpful, friendly staff. The only cons.... Non-smoking, and the breakfast bar was always packed with not much food left. Great location though. Within walking distance to great food and fun. We will stay there again on our next trip!

Clean, friendly, right on the water and affordable. The staff was very efficient and helpful. I will be sure to go back when in town again. I would also recommend this hotel to others wanting a great view at reasonable prices.
