When I travel, I look forward to stay at the Hyatt. They have never dissapointed me. However, this is not the case in Houston.

The servise was so extratic, I mean you can't complain it is a beautiful and it has a lot of resources inside like a salon and many Conference Room as well as a Spindel Top restraunt that spins while you eat dinner and you can even see a view of the city.

Nice, clean, good location, helful staff, nice restraunts, good valet service, excellent service all around. Would recommend to anyone abd will stay there again when I am in Houston. Thums up on this hotel.

This is a very luxurious hotel with a breathtaking atrium and the rooms feature a beautiful view of downtown Houston, especially at night. The rooms were also pleasantly decorated. The hotel is easy to get to from the freeways.

The Hyatt was a nice hotel for a night. It was pricey, and there were only a few amenities for all the additional cost. I wouldn't stay for a vacation, but maybe a night.

The management staff is the best! The regular staff are good too! The location is good to. Walking distance to the downtown nightlife!
