  • Location and Comfort!

    We rented two rooms with king beds. The rooms seemed an old design but the furnishings were pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. This hotel is located very close to Reliant Center and the Medical Center. We did not try the pool. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

    We have found this to be the most accomodating hotel in the area. We have been using since 2003 and will continue to use. The amenities they offer are extremely important to those of us who are patients at M.D. Anderson. Very comfortable suites and reliable transportation to the Medical Center. We highly recommend.

  • friendly and nice

    We have stayed at this hotel several times. We go to Houston for medical purposes and they have always been very accomodating, friendly, and willing to help. The breakfast is great and included with your room. I highly recommend this hotel for all medical people because of the location to MD Anderson and the comfort of the rooms.

  • My first choice in a Hotel Chain

    This Hotel chain is the best value on the market. Good rooms, lots of space, and I have always received the exact type of room that I reserved or better.

    During a traumatic stay at this hotel, everyone was so helpful. They assisted in anyway we needed them. My husband lost his last sister at the Methodist Hospital. We truly appreciate everything you all did, all staff and the shuttle crew. Thanks so much for making a very hard task a little easier. The Bennetts
