Brought family here because we always like the Holiday Inn family of Hotels. Place was going under minor renovations, but everything was clean and staff was great as usual. Great location if going to the Galleria, the Zoo, and any of the Museums.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Great location with access to downtown and galleria in a matter of minutes. Easy access via the highway or local streets. Plenty of stores and restaurants close. The hotel is awesome, the prices are great and the parking garage is nice. I don't like the entrance, it's easy to miss. The staff is very helpful. I love the free internet! The restaurants inside are pretty nice. The breakfast prices are high.

A year ago, I began staying at this hotel for my quarterly visits to MD Anderson. Back then, it was a wonderful value and included breakfast and parking. But the rate went up...and up...and what I got for my money got to be less and less. No more breakfast, no more parking, cheap soaps and shampoo substituted for the nice stuff they used to have... ...
