My first stay was to go to Mexico. I loved it. The staff is very polite and helpful. They are eager to accomidate any needs you may have. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only problem I would have is the lack of TV channels.

The room smelled of mildew. The door to the room had to be slammed shut to close. The shower handle screw was not screwed in and so the handle kept falling off. The marble tub is so slippery before and after showering it needs some type of non skid applicators placed in the bottom of the tub. The swimming pool hours were not enforced so if you ...

The service of this hotel was very professional, friendly and fast. I'd like to especially give 2 thumbs up to their restaurant; the staff was extremely generous and polite. We really enjoyed our stay. The only gripe I have is the few TV channels offered. Most of them were news channels, very few were channels that you could watch a variety of programming. But overall, we were very pleased.

This hotel gives the best of everything and is a mere 5 miles away from the mexican border. Dental work in Mexico? You'll love this place to recover in. We stay here EVERYTIME we go. I am reserving a suite this time so I will review it afterwards!!!!!

There was nothing I did not like about the stay two years ago. That's why I'm planning on staying there again and other family members have stayed there on my referral, all of them with good things to say. Looking forward to another stay in the near future.

The room was very good, the service was accomodating and friendly and the whole "feel" of the site was excellent. Comfort, after a long day!

I was so surprised to find such a terrific hotel as this one. The amenities are awesome. They definitely take things up a notch. Even their 'free' hot breakfast is great...including custom items off the grill.

We have stayed here on several occaisions and loved it each time. From making the reservations to checking out the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, the pool is fantastic and the lounge is nice for unwinding and dancing.

I was so happy to see the hair dryer and iron...since I forgot mine! The pool is gorgeous! (although it was too cold to swim!) So! We opted for the hot tub inside!
