I stayed at this Ramada and first of all we didn't get the room that we booked on line, so had to go back and get that straight. Next we walked in and the carpet was old and nasty looking and smelled. The room smelled really bad and I had to make a trip to Kmart up the street to get some air freshner and some fabric sheets to go in the draws ...
I evacuated to Nashville for Hurricane Gustav. We initially stayed 3 nights at another nearby hotel, however we began to run low on money. My family and I liked Nashville so we decided to stay in the area but at a less expensive hotel. My First BIG MISTAKE was TO CHOOSE the RAMADA INN on Atrium. To be nice I'll say the pictures are grossly ...
Just an unpleasant place to stay. Not well kept. Dirty. Dark. Small rooms. We appreciated the quick resolve we experienced from Expedia. We were given several referrals which we were off to check out at 9:00 pm after travelling for 13 hours. This destination was the worst experience of our many years of travelling.

A very good hotel and good rates.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/25/08
The hotel has been renovated since the last time we were there. It's a large improvement from the way it was a year ago. We will stay there again if we go to Nashville. Great service and friendly staff. The door key acted up a little but they corrected it quickly. We will advise others to stay there as well.

Huge Disappointment
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/11/07
My husband and I just arrived home from our stay in Nashville and were very disappointed with the Ramada on Atrium Way.
The staff and service people were WONDERFUL. They truly did offer great service. My disappointment was with the room itself and from what I saw around us.
Our room was very small even though it was a suite. The carpet ...

Worst Stay in 25 Years of Travel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/15/07
I hardly know where to start: we arrived and were given access keys which did not work. That took some time to fix and once we got in the room we immediately noticed that the furniture was badly stained and all the wood surfaces were discolored and badly pitted. The safety lock had been ripped off the door and a chuck of wood was missing out of the ...
Hotel was under renovation which made it very noisy. Front desk services were poor, but to the young lady working defense, she was there all by herself. The wireless internet did not work very well. Our bill was incorrect. The breakfast was not very appealing. Not only was the lady who was working in the breakfast bar sleeping at the counter, ...

Needs Improvement
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/27/07
The good thing about this place is the front desk staff is friendly and good. The room needs complete remodeling. The carpet is smelly, worn out and soiled. The sofa is worn-out and stained. Thanks a lot, the bathroom is clean. The breakfast is good.I would never go back again.
Daytime desk clerk was extremely rude. The lobby furniture was badly worn and had the smell of mold and Pinesol cleaner. So much so, that I could not wait for our room to become available inside the lobby. I was afraid to touch most anything in the room, including the door, until I went to the local store and bought some Clorox sanitizing spray. If ...

Old and ANTS
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/17/06
The hotel/rooms are old and worn out. There were ants in my room and it needed to be upgraded. The hotel needs to be closed or refurbished. Will not stay again.
