I did not like the beds, they were worn out, felt like bed bugs bitting, did not hve a shower curtain, asked for one in a.m.,didn't get one until p.m. (asked at 9a.m. got one at 2p.m.) Stairway railings nasty felt like gum or petroleum jelly on them. Not accomadating at all. I would not recommed this hotel to anyone... Terrible.... Try the Capri hotel or Days Inn. Great places...

This place is a five story crack house. I have stayed in some really nice hotels and I have stayed in some that were cheap but still nice. This is just an old hotel and I would tell anyone to just find another one. There are too many hotels out here to pick from; just don't choose this one. By the way we heard gun shots behind the hotel and police sirens about two minutes later. "Atleast the police arrived pretty quick".

The staff was wonderful even the night shift for working all night they was so friendly and helpful and went that extra mile for us. I would recommend everybody to stay there cause it is convient and very friendly staff and clean

I thought the hotel was decent, I would stay there in the future. The hotel is conveniently located allowing quick access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area. It was clean, and the hotel personnel were friendly.

The lobby is beautiful. We ate in the lounge and the food wasn't good at all. Does not serve alcohol. The beds were very small and so were the pillows.

People were friendly, hotel was clean, and food was excellent! There were even people who taught my daughter swimming lessons. We all had a wonderful time.

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. Entire staff most accomodating. The buffet breakfast was fantastic making for a great start to our days. Room was clean and well kept.

this one does not have the atmosphere of the other, and in my opinion could stand to be kept up a little better, i imagine it is frequented more often by more visitors, the access is better, it has more rooms, the rooms are still spacious and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful.

i stayed here for one night it was great i wish i would have found this hotel sooner. the value was great. i got three rooms and all very clean! The staff was very friendly and was very helpful accommodating my large group! I will stay here again!
