My husband and I would also like to ask for a contact list and number for your Depatment Heads, they really went out of their way to see that our 40th Anniversary was great.

Services and personel were great except for the food in Monikers. Prices are high and the quality is not worth it. There are plenty of restuarants in the Tanger Outlet area(across the interstate).......go there and save the money!

We stayed at the Sheraton exactly a year ago during our first trip to Charleston. So, this time when our stay at the Andrew Pinckney Inn was cut short due to a bug infestation in our room, we sought shelter at the Sheraton, since we knew it to be a nice, clean, friendly hotel (should have stayed there again this time around, but hey, who knew?) ...

i love this hotel its clean the staff is great and awesome VERY GREAT PLACE TO STAY breakfast was amazingly good and the rooms were clean every single day of our stay aI CANT WAIT TO visit again!!

you look at the internet pictures you think thats the place for me. Then you get to your room you think wheres my room even on the club floor. You would think more $$$$$ better rooms not even. They apparently were too busy tending to their movie star guest. Sorry I am just like every body here in the middle class trying to take care of my family and have a good time on vacation in a clean room for a good value

Staff was wonderful; lobby was beautiful, but rooms definately need some updating. Did not feel the bed lived up to Sheraton standard; was as clean as you can expect from an older property.

We stayed there for a couple of nights. It's a really clean and comfortable place. The staff is helpful. The location is really good cause it's immediately off the highway close to wherever you wanna would wanna go. I liked this place and i would go back anytime.

The desk staff provides very good service,the rooms are clean, the staff is well trained, and they are able to accomidate upgrade requests.

I wish they would include the Fox News Channel to their cable line-up

Anytime we needed anything, the staff acted annoyed. The rooms needed remodeled. The hallways stunk like old cigarette smoke. Checked in at 10pm with a crying infant and waited 20 minutes for a crib, after calling twice. Had to call three different numbers to finally get someone to answer the phone.
