The owners were very friendly. It was quiet. The food was very tasty. It's one of the least expensive B&Bs in the area too. Stay here while you can! The owners are selling.

THE GOOD: Right on the ocean on a quiet stretch of beach, very friendly staff, nice sized swimming pool, kept immaculate.

We experienced a fantastic meal in the main dining room. Place is clean and comfotable! Beach and pool were nice! The service was above reproach and staff was quite friendly and knowledgeable!

we loved that it was right on the ocean & lounge chairs were provided - it was clean & just a great overall stay. I plan a trip there in September & cannot wait to go back! the staff was very pleasant & very heplful anytime we asked a question.

We really enjoy the staff and have made many new friends, atmosphere is very lovely and the conveinence to everything is great for our children. We enjoy the food and the lounge being so close. Pleasant View really is pleasant with a spectacular view and sound of the ocean! The only complaint would be, when you depart and leave your name and room choice for following year you never seen to get it.

This is my favorite vacation place. We've gone back every summer for a week for the past 8 years and we still can't get enough of it! I can't wait to go back next august!

My husband and I stayed for 8 days and had such a great time. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The staff went out of their way to make things pleasant for us, very friendly. The food was exceptional, we never felt there was a need to leave for anything. We were totally relaxed. We are so looking forward to returning next year.
