Warm friendly service was the best part, everywhere we went the staff was so nice. Very cool looking hotel, great lobby, comforitable rooms, best health club ever, even have raquetball and games. Restaurant / bar was really nice, funky place with above average seafood. Never had to take the car out of the lot again becasue everything and anything is in walking distance. A+

We did not stay at the hotel but ate at the Fathoms Restaurant. Poor value in our opinion. Very limited menue and very small portions for what you pay for. My wife got the lazy mans lobster where for $37.00 and they shell the lobster for you. Mightly small helping for a 1.5 lbs lobster. Would not recommend.

Our room "window" faced the inside foyer. Could not open curtains to let light in because people could walk in hall right past our window!

Staff seemed stressed out, we were missing a top sheet (yuck), took too long to be seated for breakfast

My stay there was good. The service was good and the room was nice and clean. It's location was convient, close to many shops, restaurants and bars. This made it convient for going out hitting the town at night, could just walk.

We love this hotel and will continue
coming back each fall. Courteous staff,
beautiful amenties. And it is within walking
distance to many of Newports shops,restaurants, etc. They also have a wonderful lounge and restaurant.
