Service was unacceptable. WE ordered breakfast one morning and it took over an hour to arrive! When we called to check out amenities, we wondered whether there was smoking or not. No one ever called us back. The televison constantly locked up and the hotel game service would not work as well! Beds were uncomfortable and ard to sleep in. Not recommendable to friends and definantly has some work to be done on service!

I liked to overall look of the hotel and the location was great. The beds are like a touch of heaven.

The room service was prompt and the food was excelent.
