We had a great time. Room Service was prompt. Rooms clean and homelike. Overall great experience!!

loved everything from food to staff but i slightly dislike the beds

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff made me feel like I was at home. The wake up call was right on time and the room service was emmaculate. My room was always clean even though I am a messy person myself.

This Hotel is just Supreme!
From the architectural design,
right on down to the chocolates on the pillow.
If they would let me move in,
I would make it happen like it was yestaday!

I really enjoyed it because it was the only hotel that had late check in that was decent. The bed was so big and comfortable. It was very clean and the room service was excellent. It was located downtown which was where all the tourist spots were. The gift shop had really nice souveneirs.

From the minute I stepped inside I knew I was in sheer luxury. I found the staff to be cordial, the rooms to be clean, fresh and full of amenities I wish I had at home. It is the little details that were missing from this hotel. No coffee was available in the lobby. This wouldn't cost the hotel a lot to set up an urn, instead, you had to go to the second floor and deal with the extremely rude greeter. The coffee and tea in the room were of fair/poor quality, so we went to the Starbucks across the street. I can't say that I would recommend this hotel, given the general rudeness of most of the staff.
