Despite my reserving on-line thru the Comfort Inn website, this hotel got my billing wrong and almost overcharged me by 20%. Upon checkout it took 35 minutes to correct. The clerk did not know how to handle a simple billing change. The assistant manager was equally clueless.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Air conditioner would not work right. I told people at the desk, but nothing was done. Bad smell throughout the hotel. Rooms were dirty.
