The hotel is absolutly beautiful. The desk clerk said that the hotel had been recenlty renovated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were confortable. Great place to stay!

On our cross country trip from Maine, this was by far the worst motel we stayed in. It was not clean, the rooms were poorly maintained, AND it was the most expensive. We steered clear of Quality Inn's for the remainder of the trip.

We stayed there in the summer and it was okay. My kids enjoyed the hot tub more than anything. It was def. better then the hotel we usually stay at when visiting Somerset. We might return if it is for an overnight stay. The breakfast bar could have been better considering what you pay for a room. The service was okay. We are very friendly happy people,the staff seemed a little up tight to me.

We've stayed at this hotel four times, and this last experience was much worse than before. Our children always enjoyed the pool; we couldn't even swim in it this time because the new management doesn't take care of it. The pool ladders and padding around the pool had been removed. Also the buffet breakfast wasn't nearly as nice. When this hotel was a Ramada we liked it a lot. Now we'll find another place to stay.

The staff was very rude when I went to check in. My keys wouldn't work and I had to go back to the desk twice. The bathroom was dirty and the sheets weren't changed.

This place is freakin bad, had the most not fun ski weekend during the superbowl and do not wish this on anyone, food cold, heat very noisey, toilets and tubs backing up, water brown like sewage....
