Right on the ocean, great location and scenery, walk to beaches and tidal pools, property is lovely, clean. Pricing of rooms was fair for all the amenities.

Would recommend if not looking for fancy accommodations. We loved the place and found it the nicest, quietest, most beautiful place we have ever stayed on the Oregon coast.

I do not think it unreasonable to expect a certain level of comfort and service. That said - if all you plan to do is collapse into bed at night - then by all means stay here.

Booked a banquet room 4 months in advance and hotel called 1 week before event and cancelled. We had paid for the room ($400). They just left us high and dry. We had a written contract. I am looking into legal action. WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My fiance and I stayed here the weekend of 9/28/07. The mini suite w/kitchen, fireplace and VIEW was awesome. Nothing like waking up from a nap and the first thing you see is the ocean. Staff was very helpful.

If you are going to the Inn at Otter Crest and are expecting the Waldorf-Astoria its not.
The Hotel is ok but with great grounds and amazing views.
Remember your getting a condo with a full kitchen. Not bad for the price.We have kids so that was perfect for us.

We stayed in one of the Studio units that had
a kitchenette and bedroom. The view faced the
ocean however it wasn't as good as the price
suggested. The grounds are well kept, quiet
and relaxing. We felt that the room was clean
but very outdated for the price. It felt like we were on holiday in 1977.

First thing we noticed was how the natural setting was maintained throughout the grounds. We were first given the wrong room but it was fixed immediately. Room was great and we had a wonderful time on the beach watching the seals and whales as well as the tide pools. We can't wait to stay again. We live in wisconsin and will be back again this year!
